A double room taken by an individual will be subject to a supplement of £20 per night. Single night bookings are rarely accepted in advance for a Friday or Saturday night. Please phone within 10 days of you required night to check.

Conditions of booking Bookings made prior to March 2008 require a £50 per night deposit We hope to have our secure page up and running soon. In  the meantime please telephone to make your reservation. We are rarely closed throughout the entire year, however, it is essential to check availability and book in advance.  You must arrange with us prior to your arrival date if an arrival time of  BEFORE 1600 (4pm) or AFTER 2000h (8pm) is required. We might not be here to welcome you if you arrive early. If you have already checked availability and would like to book  then all we require is a deposit of £GBP 50 per room. This can either be by credit card or cheque. Your booking will be confirmed only once this is received. Five or more nights booked require a £150 deposit. If you do not confirm by way of deposit: We regard your booking unconfirmed and therefore it is unsecured and without obligation by us. If you cancel your booking: Your deposit is forfeited or if you cancel within 24 hours of arrival you will be liable for the cost of the first nights stay and 50% of the remaining balance.  We will always endeavour to re-let the booking and where successful will not charge for the second and subsequent nights. IMPORTANT: Your booking is considered cancelled from 2000h (8pm) on the date of arrival unless we have  been contacted to inform us of  late arrival.

Time difference:Please remember the time difference when calling from abroad. (Numbers in brackets denote time difference during British Summer Time). Mainland Europe is between 1 and 3 hours ahead East Coast USA is approximately 5 hours (6 hours) behind West Coast USA is approximately 8 hours (9 hours) behind Western Australia is approximately 8 hours (7 hours) ahead New South Wales is approximately 11 hours (10 hours) ahead
