When you want to make a booking you can use our Bookings page to pay a deposit.

Five or more nights booked require a £150 deposit. Bookings made prior to April 2010 require a deposit of £50 per room per night.

Please arrange with us prior to your arrival date if an arrival time of BEFORE 1600 (4pm) or AFTER 2000h (8pm) is required. We might not be here to welcome you if you arrive early.

If you cancel your booking: Your deposit is forfeited or if you cancel within 24 hours of arrival you will be liable for the cost of the first nights stay and 50% of the remaining balance. We will always endeavour to re-let the booking and where successful will not charge for the second and subsequent nights.

IMPORTANT: Your booking is considered cancelled from 2000h (8pm) on the date of arrival unless we have been contacted to inform us of late arrival.
